I have completed extensive training in each area of my practice:

Mendocino Coast

My coaching training was provided by the Coaches Training Institute (www.thecoaches.com), the most respected coach training program in the world. I hold their highest designation — Certified Professional Coactive Coach (CPCC), which required successful completion of their basic and advanced training programs and passing a written exam as well as an oral coaching exam before a panel of master coaches.

I have also completed the Certification Program in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching Classes offered by the Center for Right Relationship (www.CenterforRightRelationship.com). This program teaches a groundbreaking approach to removing obstacles that prevent relationships of all sizes (pairs through large groups) and kinds (personal and business) from achieving their fullest potential. I am one of the first 50 coaches in the US (112 worldwide) to be certified in the use of these powerful tools.

HCH Institute (www.hypnotherapytraining.com) was the source of my hypnotherapy training. One of the oldest hypnotherapy schools in the country, it embodies my beliefs about hypnotherapy as an empowering approach to personal development, spiritual growth, and self-healing. Following my graduation from their training program, I performed 100 hours of supervised hypnotherapy work with clients in their clinic, earning the designation of Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist (CCHT).

I continually expand my practice by taking shorter courses that focus on specific tools.  In 2011, I’ve taken courses on development of intuition, using body-centered coaching to dissolve limiting beliefs and working with the Third Entity (working with the collective energy of a couple or group rather than with the individual energies of its members), working with rank and privilege within a group and identifying and consciously working with different aspects of power in a group.

ICF Professional Certified Coach

My professional memberships include the International Coach Federation, the National Guild of Hypnotists, and United Hypnotherapists.

I served as the Co-Holder for the San Francisco Bay Area ORSC Community from June 2010- June 2011, and I hold the PCC (Professional Certified Coach) designation from the International Coach Federation.
